# Admin portal

The platform-wide admin portal, which is for PYLO staff only and is not available to customer agencies.

The Admin portal is an internal screen for PYLO staff. It is not part of the product your agency uses, and you do not need it to run Agency OS.

## Who can open it

Only PYLO staff who have been given platform admin access. The **Admin portal** link appears in the Agency OS sidebar only inside PYLO's own agency. Anyone else who tries the address gets a page not found, so a customer agency never sees it.

## What it is for

It is the one view in PYLO that is not limited to a single agency or workspace. It shows every workspace across the platform, so every visit to it is recorded in an access log.

It has three tabs:

| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Platform | Totals across all agencies, workspaces, users and seats, each agency's plan and billing state, and the access log |
| Onboarding | How far each new workspace has got through setup: not started, in progress, stalled or finished |
| Site analytics | Visits to PYLO's own website: daily traffic, top pages, referrers, countries and devices |
