# Affiliate funnels

Every affiliate funnel in the agency side by side, per-ad figures, the agency's share from the ledger, and the agency's one Meta connection.

This page shows every client paid by an affiliate program in one place: opt-ins, signups the program kept, its commission and the ads behind them. Money stays in its own currency and is never added across currencies.

## Who can open it

Agency members on the agency plan. The agency's share from the ledger shows only to agency operators. Connecting Meta is for operators.

## Pick the funnels and the dates

Choose one client from the dropdown, or `Every funnel`, set the dates (the last 30 days by default), and choose `Show`.

## Across every funnel

With every funnel shown, the top card adds them up: opt-ins and the people behind them, signups kept, pending and reversed, opt-in to signup and yearly share worked out from the added sides rather than averaged, the program's commission pending and earned, and ad spend. It also says how many end-of-day signups have no sale logged, and how many signups the program reports that no rep logged.

## One row per client

Each row shows the client, its program and a link to its sales portal, then opt-ins, signups, opt-in to signup, yearly share, the program's commission, ad spend with the cost per signup, and for an operator the agency's share under its [deal terms](/docs/agency/ledger) on the affiliate line. The last column says when opt-ins, the program's data and Meta were last read, and names any that have not been read lately.

## Per ad and source

Open a client's line under the table to see where its opt-ins came from (an ad, two ads sharing a name, a tagged ad that was not found, a campaign, Meta with no ad, organic, or no source) and each ad's spend, opt-ins, signups, cost per opt-in, cost per signup and return on spend. Where spend and commission are in different currencies, those figures show only once the client has a stated rate for the month, set on [Affiliate funnel](/docs/settings/affiliate).

## The agency's Meta connection

One system user token from the agency's Business Manager reads spend per ad for every client ad account it has been given. Paste it and choose `Connect` (or `Replace`). PYLO checks it with one read, stores it encrypted and never shows it again, and says how many ad accounts it reads. Each client then names its own accounts on its [Affiliate funnel](/docs/settings/affiliate) page, so each workspace sees only its own spend. PYLO only reads Meta: it never creates, edits or pauses an ad.
