# Clients

How to list, add, switch into, archive and restore client workspaces, and how connect links let a client hook up their own tools.

The Clients screen lists every client workspace your agency runs, and is where you add a new one or switch into an existing one.

## Who can open it

Any member of an agency on the **Pro** plan. See [Agency dashboard](/docs/agency/dashboard) for how access works.

## Working with the list

- Use **Active** and **Archived** at the top to switch lists.
- Change a workspace's status with the control on its card: **Active**, **Paused**, **Setup** or **Churned**. Only Active workspaces count towards Active clients on the dashboard.
- Click the colour dot beside a name to change its brand colour.
- Press **Switch** to move into that workspace and reach its full dashboard.
- Each card shows **Plan**, **Monthly** (the price for that workspace, or **Included** when it uses one of your plan's included slots) and **Seats** in use against the cap.

## Adding a workspace

1. Press **Add workspace**.
2. Enter a **Workspace name** and choose one of the six brand colours.
3. Check **What this costs**. If your plan still has an included slot free, the workspace costs nothing. Otherwise it is charged at the flat additional rate, and you pay only for the part of the current cycle that remains.
4. Press the button, which states the price, for example **Add workspace, no change to your bill**.

The workspace starts in Setup status. Add its team from that workspace's own [Team](/docs/features/team) page. Adding a workspace changes your existing subscription and does not start a new trial.

## Archiving and restoring

Press **Archive**, then **Archive it** to confirm. The workspace's line leaves the invoice straight away and the current cycle is not refunded. Every lead, payment, commission and end of day record is kept. Press **Restore** on the Archived tab to bring it back, and it bills again from then.

If your account is read only or locked because billing is outstanding, adding, archiving and restoring are paused. You can still open every workspace.

## Connect links

A connect link is a page you send a client so they can connect their own tools, such as Calendly, Stripe or Slack, without passing credentials through you. An agent creates one using an agency token with the **Create links for connecting tools** permission (see [Agency settings](/docs/agency/settings) and [The Claude plugin](/docs/claude-plugin)). The URL is shown once.

The client opens the link without logging in and presses the button beside each tool, such as **Connect Stripe**, or adds the PYLO bot for Discord. Tools such as Close and GoHighLevel take a key typed into a field on the page instead. Each tool shows as connected, not connected yet, not connected, or not available. A link lasts seven days by default and can be set to anything from 1 to 30 days.
