# Agency leaderboard

The top ten closers and setters across all of your agency's client workspaces, ranked by cash.

The Agency OS leaderboard ranks the people working across every client workspace your agency runs. It has two tables: **Closers** and **Setters**.

## Who can open it

Any member of an agency on the **Pro** plan. For the leaderboard inside a single workspace, see [Leaderboard](/docs/features/leaderboard).

## Using the leaderboard

1. Choose **This month** (the default) or **All time** at the top right.
2. Read the **Closers** table, then the **Setters** table below it.

Each row shows the rank, the person's name, the workspace they work in (marked with that workspace's brand colour), their closes and their cash.

## How the ranking works

| Closers | Cash collected on their closes in the period |
| Setters | Cash generated from the calls they booked, in the period |

Each table shows up to ten people. Only people with more than zero cash in the period are ranked, so someone with closes but no cash collected yet does not appear. This month runs from the first of the current month, London time, to today.

## Mixed currencies

Cash in different currencies cannot be ranked against each other, so PYLO never does. If your workspaces use more than one currency, each table splits into one ranking per currency, labelled with the currency code, and each has its own top ten numbered from 1. The subtitle says so when this happens.

## When the tables are empty

If no closes have been recorded in any client workspace for the period, the table reads **Nothing to rank yet**. Ranks appear as soon as closes with cash are recorded.

### Closers

Calls that closed or took a deposit in this period, attributed to one closer and setter pair. No live-call filter, so it sums to deals.closed and not to calls.closes.

#### Cash on those closes

Succeeded payments joined to those calls. Joined on the call, so this is not netted against refunds the way cash.collected is.

### Setters

Calls that closed or took a deposit in this period, attributed to one closer and setter pair. No live-call filter, so it sums to deals.closed and not to calls.closes.

#### Cash on those closes
