# Agency team

Who is on each client workspace, their role and status, and how many of the workspace's seats they use.

The Team screen in Agency OS shows the roster of every client workspace your agency runs, one workspace at a time, with a count of the seats each one is using.

## Who can open it

Any member of an agency on the **Pro** plan.

## Using the screen

1. Pick a workspace from the row of workspace chips at the top. The first one is selected when the page opens.
2. Filter the list with **All**, **Active** or **Inactive**.
3. Type in **Search members** to find someone by name or email address.

Each member shows their name, their role in that workspace (Owner, Admin, Closer, Setter, SDR or Ops) and whether they are **Active** or **Inactive**. People who have left stay on the list as Inactive, because their history is still there.

This screen is read only. To add, remove or change a member, switch into the workspace from [Clients](/docs/agency/clients) and use its own [Team](/docs/features/team) page. If a workspace has nobody on it yet, the screen says so and points you there.

## Seat usage

The **Seat usage** panel on the right is for the selected workspace:

| Figure | How it is counted |
|---|---|
| Seats used | Active members of the workspace, against its cap |
| Active members | Members marked active |
| Inactive members | Members marked inactive |
| Seats remaining | The cap less active members, never below zero |

The cap comes from your agency's plan, Basic or Pro, and every workspace on the account has the same one. The plan name is shown beside the heading. A figure that cannot be counted yet, for example on a workspace with no members, shows a dash rather than a zero.

Your agency's own seats work inside every client workspace for free and never count against that workspace's cap. Seats beyond the cap are priced on your invoice rather than blocked, so the bar is never shown as a warning. See [Agency billing](/docs/agency/billing) for how extra seats are charged.
