# Aircall

Connecting Aircall to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

Aircall connects to PYLO so that:

- Dials, pickups and talk time per rep, counted from Aircall's call log, so an SDR stops typing them.
- Speed to lead in seconds, from a lead arriving to the first dial to their number.
- Connect rate, dials per booked call and talk time per booked call.

## Connecting

Aircall connects by an API key you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then Aircall.

| You provide | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| API ID | In the Aircall dashboard, open Integrations & API, then API Keys, and add a key. The API ID is shown with it. |
| API token | Shown once, beside the API ID, when the key is created. PYLO only reads with it. |

## What PYLO reads

- Outbound calls, with who made them, when, whether they were answered and for how long
- Whether a call was recorded

It does not read:

- Calls made by an Aircall user whose email is not a PYLO team member's
- Voicemail left on an answered line, which Aircall counts as answered
- The recordings themselves, which stay in Aircall
