# Beehiiv

Connecting Beehiiv to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

Beehiiv connects to PYLO so that:

- Whether each lead is subscribed to your newsletter, and how often they open and click, on the lead's page.
- How many of your leads read your emails at all, with both sides of the figure.

## Connecting

Beehiiv connects by an API key you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then Beehiiv.

## What PYLO reads

- Subscriptions PYLO asks about by email: status, emails received, open and click rates

It does not read:

- Anyone PYLO does not already hold as a lead
- Post content
- Other publications on the account
