# Calendly

Connecting Calendly to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

Calendly is connected under Settings, then Integrations. PYLO uses it for: bookings.

## Connecting

Open Settings, then Integrations, then Calendly. Connect Calendly on this screen.

## Is it working?

The Calendly tile on the Integrations screen shows its state. A booking stored in the last 7 days, and nothing refused in that window. Same caveat as Typeform: a workspace that booked nothing this week is quiet, not broken.

It shows as incomplete when:

- Calendly is not authorised
- there is no webhook secret, so every booking is refused unsigned
- no webhook subscription exists on the Calendly side, so no booking will ever be sent

If it has gone quiet: If the calendar is still taking bookings, check the PYLO webhook is still listed in Calendly.
