Connecting GoHighLevel to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

GoHighLevel is connected under Settings, then Integrations. PYLO uses it for: crm.

## Connecting

Open Settings, then Integrations, then GoHighLevel. Connect GoHighLevel on this screen.

## Is it working?

The GoHighLevel tile on the Integrations screen shows its state. A contact arrived from GoHighLevel in the last 30 days, by webhook or by poll. A quiet month can be a quiet funnel as easily as a broken connection.

It shows as incomplete when:

- this workspace's CRM is set to something other than GoHighLevel
- GoHighLevel is not authorised
- no location is selected
- no pipeline is selected, so PYLO cannot place an opportunity
- no stage mapping is set, so PYLO cannot move an opportunity

If it has gone quiet: If GoHighLevel should be sending contacts, check the PYLO webhook step is still in the workflow on the GoHighLevel card.
