# GoHighLevel SMS

Connecting GoHighLevel SMS to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

GoHighLevel SMS connects to PYLO so that:

- Registrants are tagged into your GoHighLevel SMS workflow, and PYLO counts who is in it and who is missing.
- Text deliverability per sender, from GoHighLevel's own message statuses, with a sender paused before it burns the number.

## Connecting

GoHighLevel SMS connects by a token from your account you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then GoHighLevel SMS.

## What PYLO reads

- Contacts in the connected sub-account, with their tags and do-not-disturb
- Outbound texts from the sub-account with their delivery status

It does not read:

- Your GoHighLevel workflows: PYLO starts one by adding a tag and cannot read when its first text is due
- Your pipeline and opportunities, which belong to GoHighLevel as a CRM and are not needed for SMS
- Texts sent from any other SMS tool
