# JustCall

Connecting JustCall to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

JustCall connects to PYLO so that:

- Dials, pickups and talk time per rep, counted from JustCall's call log, so an SDR stops typing them.
- Speed to lead in seconds, from a lead arriving to the first dial to their number.
- Connect rate, dials per booked call and talk time per booked call.

## Connecting

JustCall connects by an API key you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then JustCall.

| API key | In JustCall, open Settings, then Developers, then APIs & Webhooks. The API key is listed there. |
| API secret | Beside the API key on the same page. PYLO only reads with it. |

## What PYLO reads

- Outgoing calls, with who made them, when, whether they were answered and the conversation time
- Whether a call was recorded

It does not read:

- Calls made by a JustCall agent whose email is not a PYLO team member's
- Voicemail picked up by a machine, when JustCall types the call as answered
- The recordings themselves, which stay in JustCall
