# Kajabi

Connecting Kajabi to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

Kajabi connects to PYLO so that:

- Every Kajabi purchase files its buyer as a lead, matched to the person PYLO already has, so a course buyer who books a call is one person.
- Buyers to booking for each Kajabi offer: how far each low ticket offer ascends to a sales call, and what it brought in.

## Connecting

Kajabi connects by an address PYLO gives you, which the tool posts to. Open Settings, then Integrations, then Kajabi.

1. Create the address below and copy it.
2. In Kajabi, open each offer that should count, add an outbound webhook for purchases, and paste the address. If your Kajabi plan has no outbound webhooks, use Zapier's Kajabi new purchase trigger with a Webhooks by Zapier POST to the address, sending email, name, offer_title, transaction_id, amount_paid_decimal and currency.
3. Buy the offer once, or use a free coupon. This page says connected when that purchase arrives.

## What PYLO reads

- Each purchase: the offer, the buyer's name and email, the amount and currency
- Refunds, when Kajabi sends them

It does not read:

- Course progress and lessons watched
- Purchases made before the address was set up
- Kajabi's own payouts and fees
