# Pipedrive

Connecting Pipedrive to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

Pipedrive connects to PYLO so that:

- Deals in Pipedrive move to the stage you mapped, and are marked won or lost, as each call is booked, held and closed in PYLO.
- Pipedrive people arrive in PYLO as leads, matched to the people PYLO already has by email.

## Connecting

Pipedrive connects by an API key you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then Pipedrive.

| personal API token | In Pipedrive, open your profile menu, Personal preferences, API, and copy the token: 40 letters and digits. |

## What PYLO reads

- People: name, email and phone
- Deals and their pipelines and stages

It does not read:

- Organizations, activities, notes and emails
- Anything the token's owner cannot see in Pipedrive
- People with no email address, which PYLO cannot match to a person
