# Twilio (messaging)

Connecting Twilio (messaging) to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

Twilio (messaging) connects to PYLO so that:

- Texts sent by published workflows, broadcasts and your team's replies from your own Twilio number, with delivery, replies and opt-outs read back.
- WhatsApp from your own Twilio WhatsApp sender, in the same inbox, with templates submitted to Meta from PYLO.

## Connecting

Twilio (messaging) connects by a token from your account you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then Twilio (messaging).

| You provide | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Account SID | On the Twilio Console home page, under Account Info. |
| Auth token | Beside the Account SID on the Twilio Console home page. PYLO sends texts with it. |

## What PYLO reads

- The messages PYLO sends and their delivery status
- Your phone numbers, your A2P campaign status and your WhatsApp senders

It does not read:

- Messages sent outside PYLO
- Your Twilio billing
