# Typeform

Connecting Typeform to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

Typeform is connected under Settings, then Integrations. PYLO uses it for: applications.

## Connecting

Open Settings, then Integrations, then Typeform. Connect Typeform on this screen to authorise PYLO and register the webhook.

## Is it working?

The Typeform tile on the Integrations screen shows its state. A submission stored in the last 7 days, and nothing refused in that window. A live application form on a funnel with spend behind it produces something most days, so a quiet week is worth a look. It is still not proof of a fault: a client who paused ads looks identical.

It shows as incomplete when:

- Typeform is not authorised, so PYLO has never registered a webhook on any form
- there is no webhook secret, so every submission is refused unsigned

If it has gone quiet: If the form is still live, check in Typeform that the PYLO webhook is still enabled on it.
