# Bookings

Why calls do and do not happen. Each booking followed through its reschedules to how it ended, and show rate with and without each thing done before the call.

Bookings answers one question: why is show rate where it is? Every booking is followed as one thread through each reschedule until it is held, missed or cancelled, and PYLO compares show rate for the bookings that had each pre-call touch against the ones that did not.

## Who can open it

Owners, admins and ops. Everyone else is sent to Home. If PYLO has not switched booking history on for your workspace yet, the page says so, and bookings are filed exactly as before.

## Choosing a period

The page shows the last 30 days by default. The dates it covers are printed under the title.

## The figures across the top

Bookings, Show rate, Booked to held, Cancelled, Rescheduled, No-shows recovered, Setter confirmed and Median lead time, the hours between a booking being made and the call. A figure PYLO has nothing to work out from shows a placeholder rather than zero.

## What moves show rate

A table of drivers, such as a setter confirming the call or a group chat being made. For each one you see show rate for the bookings that had it and for those that did not, with the counts behind each side, and the difference in points.

Show rate here is held calls over held calls plus no-shows. A difference is only shown when both sides have at least 10 bookings that were held or missed. Below that the row says **Too few to compare**, so a handful of calls never reads as a trend.

## Needs a look

Upcoming bookings that are more than 3 days out, or still waiting on a setter. When a booking is waiting on a setter you can record what happened from the row:

- **Mark confirmed** records that the setter confirmed the call.
- **Group chat made** records that the group chat was set up.

Both count towards the drivers above. When nothing needs a look the section says so.

## No-shows not recovered

No-shows in the period that have not booked again, each linked to the lead's page with the date missed and how many times it had been rescheduled first. When every no-show has rebooked the section says so.

## Common questions

**Why does a driver say Too few to compare?** One side has fewer than 10 bookings that were held or missed. Widen the period, or wait for more calls.

**Is this the same show rate as the dashboard?** Both divide held calls by held calls plus no-shows. This page follows each booking through its reschedules, so a call rescheduled twice and then held counts once, as held.
