# Agency Dashboard

Your whole workspace's cash, revenue, call rates and closer performance for a date range you choose.

The Agency Dashboard is the team-wide view of your workspace: cash, revenue, payment plans, call rates and each closer's contribution. It opens on the current month.

## Who can open it

Any member of a workspace on the **Pro** plan can open the dashboard. On Basic, opening it takes you to [My Board](/docs/features/my-board) with a note that the feature needs Pro.

The **Commission** section only appears for members allowed to see everyone's commission. Other members never receive commission rates at all.

## Filters

The filter bar at the top sets the range with **This month**, **This quarter** or **All time**, narrows the figures to one or more closers with **All closers**, and to one or more programmes with **All offers** when you have any. **Log a deal** opens the [post-call form](/docs/features/post-call).

## What is on the page

- **Headline:** Cash collected (with the last seven days and a sparkline), Revenue booked (with progress towards your monthly goal) and Overdue instalments, with a **Chase payers** button that opens [Payments](/docs/features/payments).
- **KPIs:** Outstanding balance, Close rate and Show rate.
- **Cash position:** New cash, Remainder collected, Deposits, Cash after fees and To be collected.
- **Revenue:** order value, cash per qualified live call, cash per booking and a daily cash chart.
- **Sales activity:** show, close, qualified close and DQ rates, plus counts of closes, bookings, live calls, no-shows, cancellations, reschedules and disqualifications.
- **Closer and setter:** deals by closer, deals by setter and cash by closer.

Click a figure to open the metric inspector, which lists the payments or calls behind it. Owners and admins can correct a source row behind Cash collected from there.

## Reading the figures

What each figure counts, what it leaves out and how it is dated is in [What the figures mean](#what-the-figures-mean), at the end of this page. Those explanations come from the same place as Ask PYLO's answers.

**To be collected** and **Outstanding balance** are payments still pending, and are not limited to the range you pick.

## Common questions

**Why does Revenue booked show more deals than Close rate?** Revenue booked counts every closed deal, including ones logged without a call, and its caption says how many had no call. Close rate only counts live calls.

**Why does a rate show a pending mark?** With nothing to divide by, for example no live calls yet, the card says so instead of showing 0%.

**Why do some cards always show a pending mark?** Cards such as Refund rate and the SDR and DM setter activity sections are not calculated yet.

## What the figures mean

Each explanation below is generated from PYLO's metric registry, the same source Ask PYLO and Claude quote from, so the docs and their answers always agree.

### Headline figures

**Period, unless a figure says otherwise:** Bucketed on the call's scheduled time, converted to Europe/London before the date is taken. Both ends of the period are included.

#### Cash collected

Money actually received in this period, net of refunds issued in it.

- **Period:** Bucketed on the payment's paid_at date in Europe/London. A refund is netted out on its own refund date, so a past period is never rewritten.

#### Revenue booked

The value written on the calls that closed in this period. Booked is not collected: this counts what was agreed, not what arrived.

#### Closed deals

Every call that closed or took a deposit in this period, whether or not a live call sat behind it.

#### Monthly cash goal

What the workspace set out to collect this month, in its own pricing currency. Zero means no goal has been set, not a goal of nothing.

#### Cash collected that day

Cash received on that London day less refunds issued on it. Negative on a day that was nothing but refunds, which is why such a day still appears.

- **Period:** Bucketed on the payment's paid_at date in Europe/London. A refund is netted out on its own refund date, so a past period is never rewritten.

#### Overdue instalments

Pending payments whose expected date has passed.

#### Overdue balance

What those overdue payments are worth.

#### Average revenue per deal

Revenue booked divided by the deals that booked it. The mean of the figure it sits under, which cash.aov is not.

- **Counts:** Revenue booked, out of Closed deals.

### Rates row

**Period, unless a figure says otherwise:** Bucketed on the call's scheduled time, converted to Europe/London before the date is taken. Both ends of the period are included.

#### Live calls

Calls that took place. A no-show, a cancellation and a reschedule are the closed set that did not, and a close written with no call behind it is excluded by was_a_call.

- **Leaves out:** No-shows, cancellations and reschedules: they did not take place. A close written with no call behind it (was_a_call false), such as a close made over DM. Voided calls (test, duplicate, spam or other) are left out of every count.

#### Closes on live calls

Live calls that closed or took a deposit. Live-scoped on purpose, so it sits inside the live-call count it is quoted against.

- **Leaves out:** Closes made over DM or recorded as a payment only: they were never live calls. Voided calls (test, duplicate, spam or other) are left out of every count.

#### Show rate

Live calls as a share of live calls plus no-shows. A cancelled or rescheduled call is in neither side.

- **Counts:** Live calls, out of Live calls plus no-shows.
- **Leaves out:** Cancelled calls are in neither side. Rescheduled calls are in neither side. A close written with no call behind it (was_a_call false) is not a live call. Voided calls (test, duplicate, spam or other) are left out of every count.

#### Close rate

Closes as a share of live calls. A cancelled or rescheduled call is in neither side.

- **Counts:** Closes on live calls, out of Live calls.
- **Leaves out:** Cancelled, rescheduled and no-show calls are in neither side. Closes made over DM or recorded as a payment only are in neither side. Voided calls (test, duplicate, spam or other) are left out of every count.

#### Cash outstanding

Money still owed on pending payments. As of now, with no date range applied.

- **Period:** Bucketed on the payment's paid_at date in Europe/London. A refund is netted out on its own refund date, so a past period is never rewritten.

### Closers this month

#### Closes by this pair

Calls that closed or took a deposit in this period, attributed to one closer and setter pair. No live-call filter, so it sums to deals.closed and not to calls.closes.

#### Cash on those closes

Succeeded payments joined to those calls. Joined on the call, so this is not netted against refunds the way cash.collected is.

### Cash position

**Period, unless a figure says otherwise:** Bucketed on the payment's paid_at date in Europe/London. A refund is netted out on its own refund date, so a past period is never rewritten.

#### Initial payments

The share of cash collected that was a first payment, net of refunds.

#### Instalments

The share of cash collected that was not a first payment, net of refunds.

#### Cash from deposits

Cash collected against a call whose outcome was a deposit, net of refunds.

#### Cash after fees

Cash collected less the processor's percentage and fixed fee, and less the FULL amount of any refund, because a processor does not return its fee on one.

#### Cash outstanding

Money still owed on pending payments. As of now, with no date range applied.

#### Instalments paid on time

Settled instalments that carried both dates and were paid on or before the day expected.

#### Instalments paid late

Settled instalments that carried both dates and were paid after the day expected.

### Revenue

**Period, unless a figure says otherwise:** Bucketed on the call's scheduled time, converted to Europe/London before the date is taken. Both ends of the period are included.

#### Calls booked

Calls scheduled into this period, whatever became of them.

- **Leaves out:** Voided calls (test, duplicate, spam or other) are left out of every count.

#### Live calls that reached a pitch

Live calls whose outcome was a close, a deposit or a no-close.

#### Closed deals

Every call that closed or took a deposit in this period, whether or not a live call sat behind it.

#### Average cash per deal

Cash collected in this period divided by the deals closed in it. The numerator is money received and not revenue booked, so this is not the mean of a revenue figure.

- **Counts:** Cash collected, out of Closed deals.
- **Period:** Bucketed on the payment's paid_at date in Europe/London. A refund is netted out on its own refund date, so a past period is never rewritten.

### Sales activity

**Period, unless a figure says otherwise:** Bucketed on the call's scheduled time, converted to Europe/London before the date is taken. Both ends of the period are included.

#### Calls booked

Calls scheduled into this period, whatever became of them.

- **Leaves out:** Voided calls (test, duplicate, spam or other) are left out of every count.

#### Live calls that reached a pitch

Live calls whose outcome was a close, a deposit or a no-close.

#### No-shows

Calls whose outcome was a no-show.

#### Cancelled calls

Calls called off before they happened.

#### Rescheduled calls

Calls moved to another time. In neither side of the show rate: a reschedule neither happened nor was missed.

#### Disqualifications

Live calls whose outcome was a disqualification, pitched or not.

#### Qualified close rate

Closes as a share of the live calls that reached a pitch.

- **Counts:** Closes on live calls, out of Live calls that reached a pitch.
- **Leaves out:** Only live calls ending in a close, a deposit or a no-close are in the denominator. A disqualification, pitched or not, is out. Cancelled, rescheduled and no-show calls are in neither side. Voided calls (test, duplicate, spam or other) are left out of every count.

#### Disqualification rate

Disqualified calls as a share of live calls. The denominator is live calls and not pitched calls, so the numerator sits inside it.

- **Counts:** Disqualifications, out of Live calls.
- **Leaves out:** Cancelled, rescheduled and no-show calls are in neither side. Voided calls (test, duplicate, spam or other) are left out of every count.
