# Home

The landing page where you ask PYLO AI questions about your own workspace.

Home is the first screen you land on after signing in. It is PYLO AI's front door: you type a question about your numbers, leads or team, and PYLO answers from the live data in your workspace. Everyone with access to a workspace can open it.

## Before you get there

If you are a closer, setter or SDR and you have not set a personal goal for the current month, PYLO sends you to the goal-setting step first. The goal page also lets you skip for now.

## What is on the page

The page opens with a greeting, a composer and four suggestion cards chosen for your role. Clicking a card asks its question straight away.

| Your role | Cards you see |
|---|---|
| Owner, admin or ops | Cash this month, Show and close rates, Overdue instalments, Who is closing |
| Setter, SDR or DM setter | My EOD today, My calls today, My show rate, Where I rank |
| Everyone else | My calls today, My cash this month, My show and close rates, Where I rank |

Each card's subtitle names the period its question asks about.

Owners and admins also see a **Set up your workspace** card above the composer while setup is unfinished. It shows how many of the eleven setup steps are done and lists the ones still open, each with an **Open** button that takes you to the screen that completes it and, where PYLO can do the step in conversation, an **Ask PYLO to do this** button. When every step is done the card shrinks to a single line.

## Asking questions

Type into the composer and send. Answers can include a short table and a line naming the figures read and the dates they cover. You can attach one file to a question: images, PDFs and CSVs, up to 8MB. If you attach a CSV that looks like a known export, PYLO offers to open the importer for it.

When PYLO suggests a change to a setting, it shows a card listing what would change, and nothing happens until you confirm it. If your role cannot make that change, you get the same refusal the settings screen would give you. PYLO can also propose a recurring summary, which you confirm with **Schedule it**.

## Your conversations

Conversations are saved, so you can close the tab and pick up later on any device. Once you have history, a rail on the left lists your conversations under Today, Yesterday, Previous 7 days and Older. **New chat** starts a fresh one and **Delete conversation** removes the one you are in.

## Common questions

**Why is New chat greyed out?** Until PYLO switches on multiple conversations for your workspace, you have a single conversation and every question is added to it. The rail says so.
