# Inbox

What needs doing today and what fixed itself, from PYLO's checks, launch plans, agents and the tasks you add.

The Inbox is the workspace's list of things a person needs to do. Some come from PYLO's own checks, some from a [launch plan](/docs/features/launch), some from an agent, and some you add yourself. A task that came from a check closes on its own when the check passes, and keeps what PYLO read as the evidence.

## Who can open it

Everyone on the team has one. Owners, admins and ops see the whole workspace's list; everyone else sees the tasks that are theirs. In Agency OS, **Inbox** under Plans shows every workspace's tasks in one list, each naming its workspace, and **Mine** narrows it to the tasks you own.

## The list

- **Today**: overdue and due today, oldest first.
- **Later**: due after today, or with no due day.
- **Drafts**: tasks an agent proposed. **Accept** puts one on the list; **Dismiss** drops it.
- **Claimed, waiting for a check**: tasks a person ticked while a check still has to pass.
- **Fixed itself**: tasks a check closed, with what it read.

## Closing a task

**Mark done** on a task you added makes it done. On a task with a check, ticking it marks it claimed, and PYLO marks it done when the check passes. **Reopen** puts a claimed task back on the list.

## Adding a task

Type it in the box at the top, give it a due day if it has one, and press **Add**. A task you add has no check, so marking it done closes it.
