# Leads

Search and filter every lead in your workspace, and open a lead to see its application, calls and payments.

Leads lists everyone in your pipeline. Open a lead to see everything PYLO holds about that person. Every member of the workspace can open it.

## The list

The cards at the top show **Total leads**, **Qualified leads** (qualified and not yet closed) and **Lead to call rate** (leads with a booking over all leads). **Pipeline value** is not calculated yet.

Use the filter bar to search by name or email, filter by source and by lead quality stars, pick a status and choose **Newest first** or **Oldest first**, then click **Apply filters**. **Clear** removes them. Below the table you get leads by weekday and a split of where leads come from.

Owners, admins and ops can edit or delete a lead from its row, and see **Import**, which opens [Import](/docs/settings/import). On the **Pro** plan you can also export the list.

## How status is decided

A lead's status comes from its calls first:

- If any call ended closed won or deposit, the lead is **Closed**.
- Otherwise the most recent call outcome decides: **Pitched, no close**, **No Show**, **Disqualified** (including no pitch DQ), **Cancelled** or **Rescheduled**.
- With no call outcomes, the status stored on the lead is used, such as Applied, Qualified, Call Booked or Confirmed.

## A lead's page

The header shows the lead's name, status, contact details, closer and **Deal value** (the total of their payment plan). **View in Close** appears when the lead is linked to Close. There are three tabs.

**Application** shows lead info (source, closer, offer, dates and time to close), UTM attribution, email and community activity, the application answers and pre-call notes. You can also:

- rate **Lead quality** from one to five stars
- record the **Contract / agreement** status
- tick off the **Nurture checklist** and write **Setter notes**, which closers and managers can read
- **Record callback** when you promise to call someone back

**Calls & PCF** lists each call with its outcome, closer, setter and what the closer entered on the post-call form: cash collected, revenue, payment method, call rating and lead quality. It also shows recordings, notes and why the deal did not close. **What was said** lets you paste a transcript and click **Read with PYLO** for a summary, objections and action items. Owners, admins and ops can add a scored **Call review**.

**Payments** shows **Total contracted**, **Total collected** and **Outstanding**, then each instalment with its status. A pending instalment shows **Due today** or **Overdue** with the number of days. Refunded payments show as **Refunded** or **Partly refunded**.

## Who can mark a payment paid

On the Payments tab, owners, admins and ops can mark any pending instalment paid or send a payment link. Closers and setters can do so only for their own attributed instalments. For every instalment at once, see [Payments](/docs/features/payments).

## Common questions

**Why is Lead to call rate or a status count missing?** The list loads up to 5,000 leads. When more match your filters, PYLO leaves out figures it would have to work out from part of the list.

## What the figures mean

Each explanation below is generated from PYLO's metric registry, the same source Ask PYLO and Claude quote from, so the docs and their answers always agree.
