# Messaging analytics

What the workspace sent by text and email, what arrived, what people did with it, and why sends failed.

Choose **SMS** or **Email**, the last 7, 30 or 90 days, and whether to count every send, only workflows, or only one-to-one messages.

## What it shows

- **Totals.** Sent, delivered and failed, and for email opened, clicked, replied, bounced, unsubscribed and marked as spam. Every rate shows the two counts it comes from.
- **By day.** Sent, delivered and failed for each day in the period.
- **Why sends failed.** Each error code with what it means and how many sends it stopped.
- **By number.** For texts, how each sending number did.

**Export CSV** downloads the same figures with the filters you chose. A figure PYLO could not measure shows as absent, never as a zero.
