# Post-call form

Record the outcome of every sales call, log DM closes and past calls, and confirm leads before their call.

The post-call form records what happened on a call. The outcome you submit drives commission, CRM sync and Slack notifications, and every call figure in PYLO is counted from it. Every member of the workspace can open it.

## The three modes

- **Call-based** is for calls PYLO already holds.
- **DM close** logs a deal closed over direct messages, with no call.
- **Log a past call** records a call that happened without a booking. It counts as a call, on the funnel you choose. Reps log calls under their own name. Owners, admins and ops can pick anyone.

## The call-based tabs

- **Incoming** lists calls from today onwards with no outcome yet, confirmed leads first. Reps see calls where they are the closer or setter. Owners, admins and ops see everyone's.
- **Incomplete** lists every call that has already happened with no outcome recorded, across the whole workspace. A call with no closer shows **Claim and submit**: submitting the form makes you its closer.
- **Completed** lists submitted calls, 50 per page, with filters for outcome and dates. Reps see only their own calls. Owners, admins and ops can also filter by rep.
- **Confirm a lead** is for setters, SDRs, owners, admins and ops. Search for a lead, mark them confirmed for their upcoming call and add pre-call notes for the closer.

Owners and admins can void test bookings or duplicates from Incoming and Incomplete. A voided call is left out of every figure and can be restored from the list below. On the **Pro** plan, Incomplete and Completed can be exported.

## Filling in the form

Pick a call, choose the outcome and work down the sections:

1. **Call outcome:** Closed won, Deposit taken, Rescheduled, Cancelled, No close, No pitch, Disqualified or No-show.
2. **Attribution:** closer, optional setter and SDR, and the funnel.
3. **Call recording:** confirm the call took place, and add the Fathom URL or a recording link.
4. **Revenue details** (closed won and deposit only): programme, payment method, total contract value, amount collected today and the payment plan (paid in full, equal split or custom schedule).
5. **Discovery, Notes and Lead contact**, including the reason for a no close, disqualification or cancellation.

Review the summary and click **Confirm and submit**. A call can only be submitted once.

## Contract value

The total contract value is filled from the programme's price and is read-only for reps. Owners, admins and ops can record a different figure but must give a reason, which is stored for audit. A programme with no price blocks closed won and deposit outcomes until an owner or admin sets one.

## How this feeds your figures

- Closed won, deposit, no close, disqualified and no pitch are **live calls**. No-show, cancelled and rescheduled are not.
- Closed won and deposit are **closes**.
- Switching off **Call took place** keeps the call out of the live call count.
- A DM close counts as a close but never as a call, so it does not affect show or close rates.

## What the figures mean

Each explanation below is generated from PYLO's metric registry, the same source Ask PYLO and Claude quote from, so the docs and their answers always agree.

### Incomplete

#### Calls awaiting a post-call form

Calls that have happened and carry no recorded outcome, across the whole workspace, with no period bound. An empty-string outcome counts as absent, because the SRF importer writes one for a row it could not map. This is the Post-call Incomplete tab's figure, and it is a backlog rather than a window: a rep clearing one wants all of it.

### Pre-call prep

#### Nurture steps

Steps on this lead's nurture sequence, completed or not.

#### Nurture steps completed

Steps on this lead's nurture sequence marked completed.

#### Nurture completion

Completed steps as a share of the steps on this lead's sequence.

- **Counts:** Nurture steps completed, out of Nurture steps.
