# Sales reports

The daily and weekly sales ops report your channel gets, for any day or week, with whether posting is on.

Sales reports shows the same daily and weekly report PYLO's sales ops job posts to your Slack or Discord channel. It is built when you open it, so you can read any day or any week, whether or not posting is switched on.

## Who can open it

Owners, admins and ops. Anyone else is sent to their own board.

## Today and This week

**Today** is the daily report for the day you choose, today by default. **This week** is the seven days ending on the day you choose. With no day chosen it is the week that ended yesterday, the same week the Sunday post covers.

Each figure says where it came from:

- **Counted** figures come from the rows PYLO holds: cash collected, cash booked and not yet collected, closes, calls booked, live calls, and the show and close rates with both of their counts.
- **Reported** figures are totals your reps typed into their end of day forms, such as dials or conversations. They are what a person typed, not something PYLO counted.

When some calls in the period have no recorded outcome, a line under the figures says how many, because the counted figures are then a floor rather than a total.

**The message as it posts** shows the text exactly as it goes to the channel.

## Posting to your channel

The strip at the top says whether the report job is on, whether it has a channel to post to, and when it posts in your workspace's time zone. The switch turns posting on or off. Choosing the channel is on the [Team board](/docs/features/team-board).

## Common questions

**Why is a rate showing "No rate yet"?** Nothing in the period could make it: no live calls and no no-shows for the show rate, or no live calls for the close rate. PYLO does not print a zero it did not count.

**Why does the weekly report not include today?** A week is reported once it is complete, so the default week ends yesterday. Pick a day to see the seven days ending on it.
