# My tasks

Your calls back and follow-ups, due on your own clock, with a reminder on your phone before each one.

My tasks lists your own tasks: the calls back you promised and the follow-ups you set yourself or a workflow set for you. Each one is due at a time on your own clock, in your own time zone, and PYLO reminds you on your phone before it.

## Who can open it

Every signed-in team member, for their own tasks. Owners and admins can see anyone's tasks through the lead page and through agents.

## Where tasks come from

- **By hand**: **New task** here, or on a lead's **Timeline** tab.
- **From a callback**: when you record that you promised to call a lead back at a time, or log a dial as "call back" with a time, PYLO makes a **Call back** task for you, due then.
- **From a workflow**: a messaging [workflow](/docs/features/messaging-workflows) can have a **Create task** step, for the lead's setter, closer or SDR or a named person, due after some minutes or at a time on their clock.

## The tabs

- **Open**: everything still to do, soonest first.
- **Overdue**: past its time and not done.
- **Today**: still to come today, on your clock.
- **Coming up**: tomorrow and later.
- **Done**: what you ticked off, newest first.

Tick a task to mark it done; untick it to open it again. A done task shows on the lead's timeline.

## Reminders

A reminder goes to your phone (when you have turned on notifications in the rep app) at the time you chose: at the time, 5 or 15 minutes before, or an hour before. A reminder says only the time, never the lead's name, because a lock screen is not private. You can also ask for the reminder by text when your workspace sends texts; that text is paid from [credits](/docs/features/credits).

## I am away

**I am away** tells [lead routing](/docs/settings/routing) to pass you over for new leads until you say **I am back**.

My Board shows how many of your tasks are overdue and due today, with the next one.
