# Views

Saved views are your team's queues, like Smart Views in Close. Filter leads, choose the columns, sort, and act on a whole view at once.

A view is a saved list of leads: a set of filters, the columns you want to see and a sort order. Setters work their day from views ("applied but not booked, last 72 hours", "no-shows to rebook", "webinar attended, never dialled"), the way teams use Smart Views in Close or smart lists in GoHighLevel.

## Who can open it

Everyone on the team. Each person sees the views shared with the whole team and their own. Owners and admins share views with the team; anyone can save views of their own.

## The view list

The left side lists **Shared with the team** and **Mine**, each view with the number of leads in it. Pick one to open it.

## Filters

**Filters** opens every clause a view can hold. All the clauses you set must hold for a lead to be in the view.

- **Pipeline and stages**: the lead status, the opportunity stage, or a pipeline of your own (see [Pipeline](/docs/features/pipeline)).
- **Owner**: the setter, closer or SDR is a named person, nobody yet, or **whoever opens the view**. That last one lets one shared view show each rep their own leads.
- **Lead source** and **UTM source and campaign**.
- **Tags**: tagged with any of some tags, or not tagged with them.
- **Created**, **Last contacted** and **Next task**: in the last (or next) so many days, more than so many days ago (or away), between two dates, never, or at any time. The next task can also be overdue.
- **Calls**: at least or at most so many dials.
- **Last dial was**: voicemail, no answer, call back and the rest, or never dialled.
- **Custom fields**: any of the workspace's [custom fields](/docs/settings/custom-fields), with is, is not, contains, more than, less than, before, after, filled in or empty.
- **Search**: part of a name, email or phone number.

Last contacted is the latest of a dial, a text or email that was sent, and a call that happened. Calls count the dials PYLO holds for the lead.

## Columns and sorting

**Columns** chooses which columns show and in what order: status, opportunity, the stage in a custom pipeline, the owners, source, UTMs, created, last contacted, next task, calls, last dial, tags and any custom field. Click a column header to sort by it; click again to reverse it.

Changing filters or columns shows the result straight away. **Save** keeps the change on the view (when you may change it), and **Save as new view** keeps it as another one.

## Acting on a view

Tick leads, or use **Act on all**, to:

- add or remove a tag
- reassign the setter, closer or SDR (owners, admins and ops)
- move the leads to a stage (owners, admins and ops; a rep moves their own leads when an owner allows it in Settings, Pipelines)
- enrol them in a published messaging [workflow](/docs/features/messaging-workflows) (owners and admins)
- send them one text or email (owners and admins)

A move to a stage that starts a published workflow sends messages, so it is for owners and admins: the preview names the workflow, and it runs at the workspace's sending pace with the same stop rule as an enrolment.

Sending one text or email to many leads is a [broadcast](/docs/features/messaging-broadcasts). Choosing it here makes a broadcast draft holding exactly the leads you picked; open it to see who is left out and why, what it costs and how long it takes, then confirm the count and send it from there.

Every other action first shows a preview: how many leads it will act on, and who it leaves out and why. An enrolment leaves out people on do-not-disturb, people with no SMS consent for a text, people with no address for it, and people already in the workflow. When the count is above your workspace's sending limit, the preview says so. You then type the number of leads to confirm.

Up to 25 leads are done at once. More run in the background with a progress bar, enrolments made in small batches a few minutes apart. You can stop it at any time.

## How many leads a view reads

A view reads up to 5,000 leads after its stage, owner, source and date filters. When more match, its count is marked with a plus and covers the first 5,000. Narrow the view before acting on all of it.
