# Account

Your profile, your password, your own Fathom connection and the workspace-wide name, currency, goal and phone country.

Every signed-in person can open Account. What you can change on it depends on your role, and each section below says who sees it.

## Profile

The profile card shows your display name, your role and your email address. Your email is read-only because it is the address your login is linked to.

Owners, admins and ops users can rename themselves here. Type the new name in `Display name` and choose `Save name`. The new name shows straight away in the header, the sidebar and on Team. Anyone else sees the name as read-only, with a note that an owner, admin or ops user can change it in Admin then Team. If you are an agency operator viewing a workspace where you have no team member record, there is no name to change.

## Password

Anyone can change their password here without waiting for a reset email. Enter your current password, then the new one twice, and choose `Change password`. The new password must be at least 8 characters. Your current password is checked first, so a wrong one is refused. Once changed, the new password works on this device straight away. Anywhere else you are already signed in stays signed in, so sign out there if you need to.

## Your Fathom

Closers, owners, admins and ops users with a team member record see this section. Paste an API key created in Fathom under Settings, API Access and choose `Connect my Fathom`, and each recorded sales call's transcript lands on its PYLO call. If your workspace's Fathom is already connected, your shared recordings arrive without this. `Disconnect my Fathom` removes the connection.

## Workspace

Owners, admins and ops users also see the Workspace section, which applies to everyone in the workspace:

| Pricing currency | The currency every amount is shown in. |
| Monthly cash goal | Drives the goal bar on the agency dashboard. |

Choose `Save changes` to apply, or `Discard` to reset the fields. Changes apply immediately for everyone. If you change the currency or the goal, PYLO asks you to confirm first. Changing the currency relabels every recorded figure rather than converting it, so once the workspace holds payments, call cash or revenue, or program prices, the currency is locked. To work in another currency, create a new workspace.

## Phone numbers

Owners, admins and ops users can set the country used to read a phone number written without a country code. A number written with its code keeps its own country. If this setting is not yet switched on for your workspace, the page says which country every number is read as.
