# Base44 partner

How to turn on the Base44 partner model, set its countries and targets, track reps and record day 14 retention.

Base44 pays partners on valid activations and 14 day retention, not on cash per call. This page turns that way of measuring on for your workspace and holds everything it needs. An activation counts when it is a new Base44 email on monthly Builder or higher, or yearly Starter or higher, activated on the call, with a screenshot of the confirmation. For connecting Base44 itself, see the [Base44 connector guide](/docs/connectors/base44).

## Who can open it

Owners and admins. Base44 partner is not shown in the Settings menu for anyone else, and only owners and admins can change its settings. Closers, setters and SDRs who open the address are sent back to Account.

## Turn the model on

1. In `Eligible countries, as two-letter codes`, check the list. It starts as Base44's own list, so confirm it with Base44. A lead's country comes from its phone number, so a +1 number from Jamaica is not read as the US.
2. Set `Lead to activation floor, percent`.
3. Set `Speed to lead target, seconds`.
4. Choose `Turn on the partner model`.

Once it is on, the button reads `Save settings`, and the rest of the page appears.

## The last 30 days

This card shows valid activations, lead to activation, pickup to activation, 14 day retention and speed to lead, each with both sides of the rate. Lead to activation is flagged if it falls below your floor. Retention says how many activations are not checked yet. Speed to lead shows how many leads were called within your target, the median time, and how many are not dialled yet.

## End-of-day questions for closers

Choose `Add the questions` to add the Base44 partner questions to your closers' end of day form. Questions your team already has are kept, and nothing is removed. Where Close call activity is synced, dials and pickups arrive filled in for the rep to confirm. Closers see the questions on their next end of day form. You manage them afterwards on [End of day questions](/docs/settings/eod-questions).

## Rep tracking links

Enter each rep's Base44 Shared ID and choose `Save` on their row. This lets Base44's own dashboard be matched to your reps.

## Day 14 checks

Base44 does not tell PYLO who is still active, so each valid activation past day 14 is listed here until you answer. Check the customer in Base44's dashboard, then choose `Still active` or `Not active`.

## What changes elsewhere

With the model on, closers are asked the Base44 questions on their end of day form, and your retention answers feed the 14 day retention figure on this page.

## What the figures mean

Each explanation below is generated from PYLO's metric registry, the same source Ask PYLO and Claude quote from, so the docs and their answers always agree.

### The last 30 days

#### Valid activations
