# Internal bookings

How to stop test bookings from your agency or other non-team people from counting in your figures.

When your own people book themselves in to test a calendar or funnel, those bookings should not count as real calls. PYLO already treats a booking made by an active member of your team as internal. This page lets you add whole email domains, so bookings from people who are not team members, such as your agency or a customer success manager, are treated the same way.

## What an internal booking is

A booking filed as internal is voided as a test. It counts in no figure, and nobody is notified about it.

## Who can open it

Only owners and admins. Internal bookings is not shown in the Settings menu for anyone else, and anyone else who opens the address is sent back to Account.

## Add or remove domains

1. Open Settings, then Internal bookings.
2. In `Internal email domains`, enter one domain per line, for example `youragency.co`. A domain covers its subdomains too.
3. To remove a domain, delete its line.
4. Choose `Save domains`.

When the save succeeds you see "Saved. New bookings from these domains are filed as internal." If you cleared the list, you see "Saved. No domain is internal now."

You cannot add public email services such as `gmail.com`, because anyone can have an address there and real leads would be hidden. PYLO refuses them with a message.

If this feature is not ready for your workspace, the field is greyed out and a notice at the top of the page explains why.

## What changes elsewhere

- New bookings from a listed domain are filed as internal from the moment you save. They do not count in any figure and trigger no notifications.
- Internal bookings are listed on [Post-call](/docs/features/post-call). If one turns out to be a real call, you can restore it there.
