# Offers

Keep a price book for each programme, see what deals really sold at, and compare the weeks before and after each change.

Offers holds every price a programme has had, what your deals really sold at, and a log of changes you can compare before and after. The screen is headed "Offers and changes".

## Who can open it

Only owners and admins. `Offers` is not shown in the Settings menu for anyone else, and anyone else who opens the address is sent to Account.

## What is on the screen

- **Worth a look** appears when PYLO spots a pricing prompt over the last 30 days, such as a close rate high enough to suggest underpricing. It is a prompt, not a recommendation.
- **Price book** has a card per programme listing each version, its price, start date, plans and bonuses, and its close rate while in force. The version marked `(in force)` sets the price on post-call forms.
- **What deals sold at** shows the discount rate, pay in full share and price realisation for the last 30 days, each with both of its counts.
- **Price drift** lists deals sold at an earlier version's price, or at a different price with no reason given.
- **Change log** lists what changed, when, and whether a person, an agent or PYLO logged it.

## Add a new price

1. Under `Price book`, choose `Add a version` on the programme's card.
2. Enter the `Price` and, optionally, the date it `Takes effect`. Blank means today, and a future date is refused.
3. Add `Payment plan options` and `Bonuses`, separated by commas or new lines, and a `Deposit rule` if you have one.
4. Choose `Save version`.

Archived programmes have no `Add a version` button. Programmes are added on [Programs](/docs/settings/programs).

## Log a change

1. Under `Change log`, pick `What changed`, such as a script change or an integration outage.
2. Optionally set `When`. It cannot be in the future.
3. Enter a `Title` and, if you like, a `Note`.
4. Choose `Add to the change log`.

PYLO logs new prices, people joining and leaving, and commission rule changes by itself.

## Compare before and after

Choose `Before and after` on any entry to see each figure for the 14 days either side of it. If either side has fewer than 20 calls, PYLO shows the counts and says there are too few to compare. Choose `Close` to hide it.

## Common questions

**Does the comparison prove the change worked?** No. Anything else that happened in the same weeks moved the figures too.

**Why is a deal in Price drift?** It sold at an older version's price, or at a price other than the list price with no reason recorded on the post-call form.

**A section says it is not switched on yet.** Offers is not available on your workspace yet.
