Agency integrations
Which of your client workspaces have a connection that needs a person, worst first, counted from records PYLO already holds.
The Integrations screen in Agency OS, headed Integration health, checks the connections on every client workspace and tells you which ones need someone to act. It reports problems; fixing them happens on each workspace's own Integrations screen.
Who can open it
Any member of an agency on the Pro plan.
Reading the screen
The line at the top says how many of your workspaces need a person. Below it is one card per workspace, with the workspaces that need most attention first. Workspaces with the same number of problems are ordered by how long their quietest connection has gone without receiving anything, then by name.
Each card shows:
- how many of the workspace's connected integrations are receiving, or Nothing connected;
- every connection that needs action, with its status, what is wrong and, where there is one, what to do about it;
- the quietest connection, and for how many days it has received nothing.
A card with nothing to act on says Nothing to act on, and its left edge is plain rather than red.
What needs a person
Only two things put a connection on the list, and both are shown in red:

| Incomplete | A credential is saved, but the setup cannot work, so nothing will ever arrive |
| Refusing inbound | Data is arriving and being refused |
A connection that is set up correctly but has received nothing recently is reported as quiet, never as broken, because a client who has paused their ads looks exactly the same. The window for "recently" depends on the provider.
How it is counted
Every date and status is worked out from records PYLO already holds: its own leads, calls, payments, automations log and the saved configuration. PYLO does not contact the client's provider to ask whether it is working.
Fixing a connection
- Note the workspace and the connection on this screen.
- Switch into the workspace from Clients.
- Open its integrations screen, which lists every provider, including the ones that are fine, and follow the fix shown.
