WebinarJam
Connecting WebinarJam to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.
WebinarJam connects to PYLO so that:
- Registration from your own page straight into WebinarJam and into PYLO, with no Zapier in between.
- Registrations recorded against the webinar event, so registration, attendance and show rate line up.
Connecting
WebinarJam connects by an API key you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then WebinarJam.

Before you start: WebinarJam grants API access per account, on request. Sign in to WebinarJam as the account owner. Open Profile, then API, and apply for API access. WebinarJam grants it per account, by hand. Say what it is for: registering people from your own landing page into your webinars, and reading registrants and attendance for reporting. When WebinarJam approves it, the API key appears on that same page. Paste it here.
What PYLO reads
- Your webinars and their upcoming sessions
- Each registrant's own live room link, which PYLO keeps
It does not read:
- Attendance, which still arrives by the attendee import
- EverWebinar events, which use a different API
