The rep app and push notifications
How closers, setters and SDRs install PYLO Rep on a phone, sign in, use each screen and turn on push notifications.
PYLO Rep is the phone app for closers, setters and SDRs. You use it to file post-call forms, log past calls and DM closes, send your end of day report and check your board. It lives at /rep on your PYLO address and installs to your home screen as a web app. Owners and admins who open it are sent to the desktop app.
Installing it on your phone
Open /rep on your PYLO address in your phone's browser.
- iPhone: in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and open PYLO Rep from that icon from then on. An iPhone only shows notifications to an app added to the Home Screen.
- Android: use your browser's option to install the app or add it to the home screen.
Signing in
Enter your work email and tap Send code. PYLO emails you a six-digit code, which can take a minute to arrive. Type it in and tap Sign in, or use Send a new code if it does not come.
Use the code rather than the link in the email: an installed iPhone app keeps its own sign-in, separate from Safari, so the link would sign in Safari and leave the app signed out. If you belong to more than one workspace, you pick one after signing in.
What it shows
The tab bar along the bottom has five screens.

Working without signal
With no signal, anything you file is kept on the phone and sends by itself when the signal is back. Screens you have already opened still show, marked with the time they were loaded. If your session ends, sign in again and waiting forms send by themselves. Signing out deletes unsent forms from the phone, so the app warns you first.
Push notifications
PYLO switches notifications on for your workspace. Until it has, the Notifications screen says so, and your Slack reminders carry on as they are.
To turn them on for your phone:
- Tap the bell in the header.
- Tap Turn on, then allow notifications when your phone asks. It only asks at this point.
If you blocked them earlier, allow them for PYLO Rep in your phone's settings, then come back. To stop them, tap Turn off on this phone.
Under What to send you choose, for each event, whether it goes to your phone, to Slack, or both:

Slack is offered when your workspace has Slack connected and you have a Slack user linked. By default every event goes to your phone once notifications are on, and the two reminders also go to Slack.
A notification shows the time of the call and nothing else, never a lead's name or any money, because a lock screen is not private. Tapping it opens the call or your end of day report in PYLO Rep.
