Integrations
The integrations grid, what each connection state means, how to connect a provider, and the checks that sit under the grid.
Integrations is where you connect your workspace's own CRM, calendar, forms, messaging and payment providers. Credentials saved here belong to this workspace only. For a particular provider's steps, see its guide under Connectors.
Who can open it
Owners and admins. Anyone else who opens Integrations or a connection's page is sent to their own board.
The grid
Each provider has a tile showing what it is used for, its state and how long ago PYLO last received something from it. The state shows whether a connection is actually working, not only whether a credential was once saved. The line at the top says how many connected integrations are receiving.

| Refusing | Data is reaching PYLO and being refused. |
| Quiet | Connected, but nothing has arrived recently. A paused ad account looks like this and is not a fault. |
| Receiving | Connected, and data has arrived recently. |
| Not connected | Nothing has been set up. |
Tiles that need attention come first. Incomplete and Refusing tiles carry a red edge.
Integration health on a connection's page
Open a tile to see its page. The top card explains the state, says how to fix it and lists anything missing. It also shows when PYLO last received something, how many days the state is judged over, how the data arrives, and how many events were refused, if any.
Connect a provider
- Open the provider's tile.
- Under
Set up, follow the controls shown. Depending on the provider, you sign in with it, paste a key and chooseSave and connect, or copy the address PYLO gives you into the provider. PYLO reads from the provider once before saving a key, and stores nothing if that fails. - Once connected, use
Check the connection,Replace the credentialorDisconnect. Disconnecting deletes the credential but keeps what was already read.
Under the grid
- Can these numbers be trusted? runs PYLO's checks on the figures these connections feed and lists cash that does not reconcile.
- Test this setup sends a test application, booking and post-call form through PYLO, checks each landed, then deletes them. Your CRM, Slack and Discord are never reached.
- Website form gives you a URL for a form on your own site, so every submission becomes a lead. The form needs an email field. The URL is shown once.

Connected providers feed leads, bookings, calls and payments into the rest of PYLO, such as Leads, Funnel and Payments.

Each explanation below is generated from PYLO's metric registry, the same source Ask PYLO and Claude quote from, so the docs and their answers always agree.
Application to booking, last 30 days
Applications
Leads that applied through a website form or a form provider in the period, per form.
- Shown to: owners and admins.
Booked
Of those, the leads that have booked a call.
- Shown to: owners and admins.

Applications from one form in the period that have booked, over applications from that form.
- Counts: Booked, out of Applications.
- Shown to: owners and admins.
Buyers to booking, last 30 days
Buyers
People with a paid order from an order source in the period, per product. One person buying twice is one buyer.

Booked a call
Of those buyers, the ones who booked a call on or after their first order in the period.

Buyer to booking
Buyers of a product in the period who then booked a call, over its buyers: how far a low ticket offer ascends.

Order revenue
What paid orders from an order source came to in the period, in minor units, per currency. Never added to cash collected.

Unmatched recordings
Recordings received
