Twilio
Connecting Twilio to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.
Twilio connects to PYLO so that:
- Dials, pickups and talk time per rep, counted from the call log, so an SDR stops typing them.
- Speed to lead in seconds, from a lead arriving to the first dial to their number.
- Connect rate, dials per booked call and talk time per booked call.
Connecting
Twilio connects by a token from your account you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then Twilio.

What PYLO reads
- Outbound calls, with when they started, how long they lasted and how they ended
- Which rep dialled, from a Voice SDK identity that is their email, or a number that is theirs alone
It does not read:
- Voicemail, unless answering machine detection is on for the call; without it a voicemail counts as connected
- Which rep dialled when every rep shares one caller id and no Voice SDK identity
- Recordings, which Twilio keeps as a separate resource PYLO does not read yet
