Billing and plans

PYLO's two plans, what each one unlocks, how seats, workspaces and the trial are charged, how to change plan and what happens if a payment fails.

Read as Markdown

PYLO has two plans, Basic and Pro. Your plan belongs to your account rather than to one workspace, so it sets the seats, the extra seat price and access to Agency OS for every workspace you run. You can pay monthly or yearly, with no lock-in.

Plans and prices

BasicPro
Per month£49£99
Per year£490£990
Seats per workspace, including you510
Agency OS seatsNot included3
Each extra seat, per month£19£15
Client workspaces included12
Each additional workspace, per month£49£49

A year is charged at ten months, so paying yearly gets two months free. Extra seats and additional workspaces on a yearly plan are billed yearly too, at the same saving.

Seats are counted per workspace. Adding a member past a workspace's included seats is never refused: the extra seat is added and appears on your next invoice at your plan's rate. Inactive members do not use a seat.

For example, an agency running four client workspaces on Pro pays £99 for Pro plus two additional workspaces at £49 each: £197 a month on one invoice.

Agency seats work inside every client workspace without counting against its seats. Included workspace slots belong to your account, so archiving or transferring a workspace frees its slot.

What each plan unlocks

Basic covers post-call forms, end of day reports, the lead pipeline, commission and payment tracking, My Board for each rep, team admin and the AI assistant.

Pro adds everything below, and a larger monthly AI allowance:

On Basic, opening a Pro screen takes you to My Board with an upgrade prompt.

Free trial

A new account gets 7 days free with no card needed. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing; after that you are charged for the plan you picked. The trial is given once per account, at signup.

Where to see your bill

  • Settings, Billing shows your plan and this workspace's seat usage. Owners, admins and ops can open it.
  • Agency billing in Agency OS shows the invoice itemised by workspace, the payment method and seats, and lets you export the invoice. Choose Set up payment there to add a card. Paddle takes the card as merchant of record, so no card details reach PYLO.

Changing plan

Only an owner or an admin can change the plan, from Settings, Billing.

  • Upgrade to Pro charges the difference for the rest of this cycle to the card on file, or opens a Paddle checkout if you do not pay yet. Your plan changes once the payment clears.
  • To move between monthly and yearly billing, email support@pylosystem.com.
  • Switch to Basic takes effect at your next renewal, and you keep Pro until then. It is only accepted once your account already fits inside Basic, meaning one workspace with no more than 5 seats in use. If it does not fit, the message says what to archive or transfer, and nothing is switched off for you.

If a payment fails

PYLO never goes straight to a lockout. An account moves through these stages:

StageWhat happens
Payment did not go throughEverything keeps working. PYLO retries the payment and emails the account owner each time.
Read only, for about 7 daysYou can open, read and export every workspace. Saving new records is paused, so post-call forms, EOD reports, payments and plan changes will not go through.
Locked, about 7 days laterSigning in and the billing page still work. The rest of PYLO is closed until the balance is settled.

Nothing is deleted at any stage, and settling the balance restores access immediately. To settle another way, email support@pylosystem.com.
