TidyCal
Connecting TidyCal to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.
TidyCal connects to PYLO so that:
- Every TidyCal booking, moved time and cancellation files as a call, exactly as a Calendly one does, so show rate and no-show rate work for a workspace not on Calendly.
Connecting
TidyCal connects by an API key you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then TidyCal.

What PYLO reads
- Bookings on the account's booking types from two days ago onwards, with the contact and the time
- Cancellations, and bookings moved to a new time
It does not read:
- A booking as it happens: TidyCal has no webhooks, so PYLO reads every fifteen minutes
- Whether the contact turned up, which TidyCal does not record; a closer's post-call form says
- Bookings on anybody else's TidyCal account, since a token is one person's calendar
