Leaderboard
How your closers, setters and SDRs rank on cash and conversion, this month or all time.
The Leaderboard ranks your sales team for the current month or for all time. Closers, setters and SDRs each get their own board, with team totals and progress towards your cash goal at the top.
Who can open it
Any member of a workspace on the Pro plan can open the Leaderboard. On Basic, you are sent to My Board with an upgrade note.
Your own card is marked (you). Clicking anyone opens their member page.
Using the page
Switch between This month and All time in the header. This month runs from the 1st to today. Each board has a search box and a grid or list layout. The export button downloads every row on all boards as a CSV.
The top cards
- Top performer delta is how far the number one closer is ahead of the number two on cash collected. It needs at least two closers.
- Team close rate is total closes divided by total live calls across the closers on the board, not an average of each person's rate.
- Total cash collected is the sum of the closers' cash.
The boards
Closers are ranked by cash collected. Each card shows close rate, closes and average deal. A closer appears once they have at least one live call in the period.
Setters need at least three sets in the period to qualify. Each card shows cash generated, set to close, sets and closed.
SDRs only appear when a deal in the period names the SDR who triaged it. They are ranked by deals triaged, with triaged to close and closed. There is no cash on this board, because the closer and setter boards already count those deals.
Reading the figures
What each column counts is in What the figures mean, at the end of this page. Those explanations come from the same place as Ask PYLO's answers.
Only active members with the closer or setter role appear on those boards.
Target and commission
Team target progress compares total cash with your workspace's monthly cash goal and says how much is left to go. If no goal is set it says so. Commission figures are only included in the export for members allowed to see everyone's commission.
Common questions
Why does Top performer delta show no figure? It needs at least two closers on the board to compare.
Why is a setter missing? Setters with fewer than three sets in the period do not qualify for the board.
What the figures mean
Each explanation below is generated from PYLO's metric registry, the same source Ask PYLO and Claude quote from, so the docs and their answers always agree.
Closers
Period, unless a figure says otherwise: Bucketed on the call's scheduled date in the database server's timezone, not Europe/London.
Closes
Calls attributed to this closer that closed or took a deposit. No live-call filter, and the day is taken in the server's timezone.
Cash collected
Succeeded payments attributed to this closer, net of refunds attributed to them in the same period.
Close rate
This closer's closes as a share of their live calls.
- Counts: Closes, out of Live calls.
Average cash per close
Cash attributed to this closer divided by the deals they closed.
- Counts: Cash collected, out of Closes.
Setters
Sets
Calls attributed to this setter and scheduled into this period, whatever became of them.
Closes from those sets
Calls this setter booked that closed or took a deposit. No live-call filter.
Set to close rate
Closes as a share of the calls this setter booked, whether or not those calls went live.
- Counts: Closes from those sets, out of Sets.
Cash generated
Succeeded payments attributed to this setter, net of refunds attributed to them.
SDRs
Triages
Deals this member is named on as the SDR who triaged them, counted from the calls table. Computed in src/triage/figures.ts.
Closes from those triages
Of the deals this member triaged, the ones that closed or took a deposit. The same two outcomes setter.closed_from_sets counts.
Triaged to close
Closes as a share of the deals this member triaged. Null when they triaged none, never zero.
- Counts: Closes from those triages, out of Triages.
Team target progress
Monthly cash goal
What the workspace set out to collect this month, in its own pricing currency. Zero means no goal has been set, not a goal of nothing.
