End of day questions

How to set when an end of day counts as late and add your own questions to the end of day form for each role.

Read as Markdown

This page controls the end of day form your reps fill in. You can set the hour after which a report counts as late, and add questions of your own for closers, setters and SDRs. PYLO's own questions stay as they are, so your numbers still compare with every other workspace's.

Who can open it

Owners and admins see End of day in the Settings menu. Ops users can also open the page. Anyone else is sent back to Account.

When an end of day is late

  1. Pick a Cutoff hour on the 24 hour clock, or No cutoff set.
  2. Choose Save.

An end of day filed at that hour or later counts as late, and shows that way in EOD compliance.

The form, role by role

Pick Closer, Setter or SDR at the top. Each role has its own questions, and the count beside each role is how many of your own questions it asks.

What the form already asks lists PYLO's own questions for that role in order, marked read only. They cannot be reworded or removed. Check this list before you add anything, so you do not ask something the form already covers.

Add your own questions

  1. Under Your own questions, type the wording in Add a question.
  2. Pick an Answer type: Number, Short text, or Yes or no.
  3. Choose Add. PYLO shows the field name the answer is stored under.
  4. Tick Required if reps must answer it, and use the arrows to set its order.
  5. Choose Save questions. Tonight's reports use the saved list.

Each role can ask up to 20 of your own questions. Your questions appear after PYLO's. You cannot add one whose wording matches a question the form already asks, or one of your own.

You can reword a question later without losing the answers already filed, because its field name stays the same. The answer type is fixed once the question is asked.

Stop asking a question

Choose the bin icon on a question and save. It moves to No longer asked, stays on every report filed while it was asked, and its field name stays reserved. Choose Ask this again to bring it back.

Template

The Airtable growth-ops template adds five optional questions to the setter form and nothing to the closer or SDR forms. Save or undo other changes first, choose Use this template, review what it adds, then choose Apply template.

Where the page offers questions From your Airtable end-of-day form, choose Add on any you want, then save.

What changes elsewhere

Saved questions appear on the end of day form for that role straight away.
