Connectors

Close

Connecting Close to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

Read as MarkdownGenerated from PYLO's live description of itself.

Close connects to PYLO so that:

  • Leads from a Close pipeline arrive in PYLO with their Close status, so the funnel counts them.
  • Pickup rate per rep, from Close call activity, without a setter typing dials.

Connecting

Close connects by an API key you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then Close.

You provideWhere to find it
API keyIn Close, open Settings, then Developer, then API Keys, and create a key for PYLO.

What PYLO reads

  • Leads and their statuses
  • Outbound call activity with durations
  • The organisation's users, to match reps

It does not read:

  • Opportunities' values, which PYLO takes from its own close form
  • Email and SMS activity

Is it working?

The Close tile on the Integrations screen shows its state. An import ran in the last 30 days. Close is pull-based, so silence is weak evidence either way.

It shows as incomplete when:

  • this workspace's CRM is set to something other than Close
  • there is no Close API key

If it has gone quiet: Run a Close import from settings if you expect leads from it.
