Gravity Forms
Connecting Gravity Forms to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.
Gravity Forms connects to PYLO so that:
- Every Gravity Forms entry on the client's WordPress site arrives as a lead, matched to the person PYLO already has, with the UTMs from the page it was submitted on.
- Application to booking for each Gravity form.
Connecting
Gravity Forms connects by an address PYLO gives you, which the tool posts to. Open Settings, then Integrations, then Gravity Forms.
- Create the address below and copy it.
- On the WordPress site, install Gravity Forms' Webhooks add-on (it needs an Elite licence), then open the form's Settings, Webhooks, Add New.
- Paste the address as the Request URL, choose POST, request format JSON, and request body All Fields.
- Make sure the form asks for an email. Submit it once; this page says connected when the entry arrives.
What PYLO reads
- Each entry's answers
- The page address it was submitted on, and the UTMs in it
It does not read:
- Entries made before the webhook was added
- Payments taken through Gravity Forms
