JustCall

Connecting JustCall to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

Read as MarkdownGenerated from PYLO's live description of itself.

JustCall connects to PYLO so that:

  • Dials, pickups and talk time per rep, counted from JustCall's call log, so an SDR stops typing them.
  • Speed to lead in seconds, from a lead arriving to the first dial to their number.
  • Connect rate, dials per booked call and talk time per booked call.

Connecting

JustCall connects by an API key you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then JustCall.

You provideWhere to find it
API keyIn JustCall, open Settings, then Developers, then APIs & Webhooks. The API key is listed there.
API secretBeside the API key on the same page. PYLO only reads with it.

What PYLO reads

  • Outgoing calls, with who made them, when, whether they were answered and the conversation time
  • Whether a call was recorded

It does not read:

  • Calls made by a JustCall agent whose email is not a PYLO team member's
  • Voicemail picked up by a machine, when JustCall types the call as answered
  • The recordings themselves, which stay in JustCall
