Connecting Smartlead to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.

Smartlead connects to PYLO so that:

• Everyone who replies to a Smartlead campaign filed as a lead on the outbound source, with the campaign, matched to anyone PYLO already has.

Connecting

Smartlead connects by an address PYLO gives you, which the tool posts to. Open Settings, then Integrations, then Smartlead.

1. Create the address below and copy it.
2. In Smartlead, open Settings, then Webhooks (or a campaign's webhooks), add the address, and choose the email reply event.
3. Reply to a test campaign email. This page says connected when that reply arrives.

What PYLO reads

• Each reply event: the lead's email and name, the campaign, when it arrived

It does not read:

• Sends, opens and bounces, which PYLO leaves alone
• The reply's text, which PYLO does not keep
