Targets and capacity
What the month needs worked back from the cash target, whether you are on pace, how full the closers' calendars are, and who should get more leads.
Targets and capacity answers four questions about the month: what it takes to hit the number, whether the workspace and each rep are on pace, whether the closers' calendars can take more calls, and who should get more leads. Everything on it is a suggestion. Nothing here routes a lead.
The standing targets that every new month starts from, such as dials a day and speed to lead, are on Workspace defaults.
Who can open it
Owners and admins. Anyone else who opens the address is sent to Account.
What the number needs
PYLO works back from the month's cash target, using your workspace's rates from the last three months, to show how many calls, bookings and closes it takes in a best, average and worst case. A second table shows each rate it used and where that rate came from. To see what a different figure would take, enter it in Plan for a different figure and choose Work it back. Nothing is saved when you do.
If there is no cash target yet, the section says so. Set one under the month's targets below, or a monthly cash goal in Account.
Pace
What you have done so far this month against each target, pro-rated for the days gone, for the workspace and for each rep.
Calendar capacity
Each active closer's real Calendly availability over the next two weeks against what is already booked, shown as booked minutes out of available minutes. It needs Calendly connected; see Integrations.
Who should get more leads
Reps who are far enough ahead or behind, on enough calls, to suggest moving leads towards or away from them. When nobody is, the section says there are no changes to suggest.
Targets for the month
The workspace's own targets for this month, such as cash collected and calls booked. Each rep's own month is their personal goal, which they set on My Board. If closes and bookings targets are not switched on for your workspace yet, the page says so, and the cash target is your monthly cash goal until they are.
Stated rates
Rates you state yourself, such as booking, show, close and pick-up rates, dials a working day, working days a week and the point at which a calendar counts as full. PYLO uses them only where your own data from the last three months is too thin to plan from, and the rates table says when it did. Choose Save stated rates to keep them.
Common questions
Why does the plan use my stated rate instead of my real one? Your workspace has too few calls in the last three months for that rate to be worked out reliably.
Does anything here assign leads? No. The suggestions are for you to act on.
