Connectors
PandaDoc
Connecting PandaDoc to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.
PandaDoc connects to PYLO so that:
- A lead's contract moves to sent, viewed and signed on its own as the document does, with a link to it in PandaDoc.
- Contracts sent and signed in a period, and the share signed.
Connecting
PandaDoc connects by an address PYLO gives you, which the tool posts to. Open Settings, then Integrations, then PandaDoc.
- Create the address below and copy it.
- In PandaDoc, open Settings, then Integrations, then Webhooks, and add a subscription. Paste the address as the endpoint and tick Document state changed.
- Send one document to a lead PYLO already has. This page says connected when its first event arrives.
Before you start: PYLO reads this platform's deliveries as its documentation describes them, and has not yet seen a live one. Send one test document after setting up, and check the lead's contract moves.
What PYLO reads
- Each document's status: sent, viewed, completed, declined or voided
- The recipients' email addresses, to find the lead
It does not read:
- The document's contents or pricing table
- Documents sent before the address was set up
- A recipient who is not already a lead in PYLO
