Calls
Today
Today's and tomorrow's booked calls with their confirmation status, plus a manager's view of pipeline health and team activity.
Today is a daily command view. Everyone sees the booked calls for today and tomorrow so they can be confirmed before they no-show. Owners, admins and ops also see how quickly leads are being worked and, for the month, how the team is dialling and reporting.
Who can open it
Any signed-in member can open Today, though it is listed in the sidebar only for owners, admins and ops. Reps see the calls board on its own. Owners, admins and ops also get a Today and Month toggle with the manager panels below.
Today's calls
The board lists every booked call in the workspace for Today and Tomorrow, with the time, lead, closer, setter and a confirmation status. Set the status with the three buttons on each row:
- Confirmed
- Unconfirmed
- No-show risk
A call with nobody assigned shows Unassigned. This confirmation status is separate from marking a lead confirmed on the post-call form.
Manager view: Today
- Speed to lead, 30 day average is the average time between a lead arriving and its first contact, over leads created in the last 30 days that have been contacted.
- Pipeline coverage today compares leads received today with leads first contacted today, and says how many of today's leads are still untouched. A lead from an earlier day that was first contacted today still counts as worked.
- At-risk leads lists leads that arrived more than 24 hours ago and have never been contacted, leaving out leads already closed won, lost or disqualified. The hours untouched turn amber past 72 hours. You can search the list.
Manager view: Month
- Pickup rate by rep, month to date: pickups out of dials, where a pickup is a dial lasting more than 40 seconds.
- Daily reports: each rep's end-of-day and beginning-of-day compliance for the month. See End of day reports.
- Dialling, month to date: speed to first dial, connect rate, dials per booked call and talk time per booked call, read from your dialler.
For a deeper view of dialler activity, including cadence rules and alerts, see Activity.
Common questions
Why does a pickup rate or compliance figure show a pending mark? With no dials, or no working days in the month for that rep, there is nothing to divide by, so no percentage is shown. Hovering a compliance cell gives the reason.
Why is Pipeline coverage empty? No leads have arrived today, so there is nothing to cover.
What the figures mean
Each explanation below is generated from PYLO's metric registry, the same source Ask PYLO and Claude quote from, so the docs and their answers always agree.
Dialling, month to date
Calls booked
Calls scheduled into this period, whatever became of them.
- Leaves out: Voided calls (test, duplicate, spam or other) are left out of every count.
- Period: Bucketed on the call's scheduled time, converted to Europe/London before the date is taken. Both ends of the period are included.
- Shown to: owners, admins and ops.
Dials
Outbound dials a connected dialler recorded, started inside the period. Counted, not reported.
- Shown to: owners, admins and ops.
Dials with a known answer
Dials whose dialler said whether a person picked up.
- Shown to: owners, admins and ops.
Connected
Dials the dialler says a person picked up.
- Shown to: owners, admins and ops.
Talk time
Seconds of conversation on connected dials, added up.
- Shown to: owners, admins and ops.
Connect rate
Connected dials as a share of the dials whose dialler said whether anyone picked up.
- Counts: Connected dials, out of Dials with a known answer.
- Shown to: owners, admins and ops.
Dials per booked call
Dials recorded in the period divided by calls booked into the same period. An average, not a share.
- Counts: Dials, out of Calls booked.
- Shown to: owners, admins and ops.
Talk time per booked call
Seconds of conversation on connected dials divided by calls booked into the same period.
- Counts: Talk time, out of Calls booked.
- Shown to: owners, admins and ops.
Leads dialled
Leads created inside the period that a dialler has rung at least once since.
- Shown to: owners, admins and ops.
Speed to lead
The mean time from a lead being created to the first dial to their number, in seconds, over leads created in the period that have been dialled.
- Counts: Seconds from each lead arriving to its first dial, added up, out of Leads dialled.
- Shown to: owners, admins and ops.
Daily reports
EOD compliance
Days this rep filed an end-of-day report as a share of the days they were on the team in the period.
- Counts: End-of-day reports filed, out of Days on the team.
- Shown to: owners, admins and ops.
BOD compliance
Days this rep filed a start-of-day report as a share of the days they were on the team in the period. The same denominator as EOD compliance, so the two are comparable.
- Counts: Start-of-day reports filed, out of Days on the team.
- Shown to: owners, admins and ops.
