OnceHub
Connecting OnceHub to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.
OnceHub connects to PYLO so that:
- Every OnceHub booking, reschedule and cancellation files as a call, exactly as a Calendly one does, so show rate and no-show rate work for a workspace not on Calendly.
- A no-show marked in OnceHub reaches the call when no closer has filed it yet.
Connecting
OnceHub connects by an API key you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then OnceHub.

What PYLO reads
- Bookings on the account's booking pages, with the invitee's name, email and phone, and the time
- Reschedules, cancellations and no-shows
It does not read:
- Answers to a booking form beyond name, email and phone, which PYLO does not read yet
- Which booking page is which funnel, until a picker like Calendly's exists; the page's subject decides, by Calendly's rule
