Settings

What is in Settings, and which roles see each page.

Read as Markdown

Settings is where you configure your workspace and your own account. Owners, admins and ops open it from the sidebar. It opens on a page of cards in five groups, each card with one line on what the page does. Open a card and the other pages in its group are tabs across the top, under Settings and the group's name.

Closers, setters and SDRs are offered Account and Digests only. If you open the address of a page your role cannot use, PYLO sends you somewhere you can.

End of day and Post-call are not listed in the menu for ops users, but they can open them by address and use them. Client onboarding and Onboarding templates need the Pro plan. Rep levels also needs the Pro plan. On Basic, opening it takes you to your board with an invitation to upgrade on Billing.

Pages for everyone

Two pages are open to every role. Account is where anybody changes their own password and sees their profile. Owners, admins and ops users also set the workspace name, currency, cash goal and phone country there. Digests lists the recurring answers PYLO sends to Slack or Discord. Everyone sees the ones sent under their own name and can turn them off, and owners, admins and ops users see all of them.

Workspace administration

The rest of Settings changes how the whole workspace works:

  • What you sell and what you aim for: Programs, Targets and Rep levels.
  • How you are billed: Billing.
  • What your team fills in and how they are paid: End of day, Commission and the payment verification card on Tools.
  • Where data comes from and goes: Integrations, Import, Internal bookings, Flows and Embedded apps.
  • Changes proposed or made by agents and tools: Plans, Layout, API tokens and the Audit log.
  • Base44 partner, for workspaces measured the way Base44 pays its partners.

Changes on these pages apply to everyone in the workspace, usually straight away. Each page's guide explains what changes elsewhere in PYLO when you save.
