Team
Team
Invite members, set their roles and commission rates, and see who has signed in.
Team is where you manage the people in your workspace: who they are, what role they hold, how they are paid commission and whether they can sign in.
Who can open it
Owners, admins and ops. Other members who have permission to view team end-of-day reports are sent to the Daily tracking grid instead, and everyone else to the Agency Dashboard.
The top cards
- Total members and how many roles they cover.
- Avg commission is the mean total cash override rate across active members who have one set.
- Active now and Inactive members. Inactive members are kept for historical attribution and do not use a seat.
Seat usage shows how many of this workspace's included seats are in use. Adding a member past them is never refused; the extra seat is billed at your plan's rate.
The roster
Each member shows their name, role or title, email, close and set commission rates, and a commission summary. Filter by All, Active or Inactive, by role and by commission, or search by name or email. Clicking a member opens their member page.
A badge next to a member explains their sign-in state:
| Badge | What it means |
|---|---|
| Invited, not yet signed in | A secure link has been sent, or can be. They are linked to the workspace the first time they sign in. |
| No email, cannot be invited | There is no email on file, so no sign-in link can be sent. Add one and invite them. |
| Inactive | Deactivated. Reactivate them before sending an invite. |
A member who has never signed in keeps a control to resend their invite.
On the Pro plan you can export the roster.
Adding or editing a member
Click Invite member, or Edit on a row. The form asks for:
- Name and Email, with an option to email them a secure login link.
- Role: closer, setter, SDR, ops, admin or owner. Owners, admins and ops can open the management pages.
- Active or Inactive.
- Commission rates: Close %, Set % and Low-ticket %, plus a Total cash override, a percentage of all workspace cash for managers and owners, with a Role title.
- Slack User ID and Discord User ID, both optional.
- Can see full team commission data, which lets that person see everyone's commission figures, including the commission table on the Agency Dashboard. Turn it on for owners, admins and sales managers.
Click Add Member or Save Changes to finish.
How commission rates are used
A closer's close rate is applied to cash collected on payments attributed to them, and a setter's set rate to cash attributed to them as setter. The total cash override is applied to all cash collected in the workspace. For payout review, see Payouts, and for rules beyond flat rates see Commission.
