GoHighLevel calendars
Connecting GoHighLevel calendars to PYLO, what it brings and how to tell it is working.
GoHighLevel calendars connects to PYLO so that:
- Every booking on the GoHighLevel calendars you name files as a call, exactly as a Calendly one does, so show rate and no-show rate work for a workspace that books in GoHighLevel.
- A no-show marked in GoHighLevel reaches the call when no closer has filed it yet.
Connecting
GoHighLevel calendars connects by a token from your account you paste into PYLO. Open Settings, then Integrations, then GoHighLevel calendars.

| Calendar IDs | In GoHighLevel, open Calendars, then Calendar Settings, and copy the ID of each calendar PYLO should file bookings from, one per line. Leave out any calendar that copies bookings from Calendly, which PYLO files already. |
What PYLO reads
- Appointments on the named calendars from two days ago to sixty days ahead, with the contact, the assigned user and the status
It does not read:
- Calendars you have not named, which PYLO leaves alone
- A booking as it happens: PYLO reads every fifteen minutes
