Workspace defaults
The standing targets your workspace aims for, such as speed to lead and dials per day, and how an owner or admin changes them.
Workspace defaults holds the standing targets your workspace aims for: how fast a new lead is called, how many dials a day, the floor from lead to activation, and how long a call runs. When an agency sets a workspace up from a blueprint, the blueprint fills these in to start with. After that they belong to the workspace, and you change them here.
The menu calls this page Workspace defaults, but the page itself is headed "Targets". It is a different page from Targets.
Who can open it
Only owners and admins. It is not shown in the Settings menu for anyone else, and anyone else who opens the address is sent to Account.
The targets

Every field is optional. An empty field means no target, which is not the same as a target of zero.
Change the targets
- Open Settings, then
Workspace defaults. - Type the values you want, or clear a field to remove that target.
- Choose
Save targets. You see "Saved." once the change is stored.
If a value is out of range or not a whole number, nothing is saved and PYLO names the field to fix. In each pair, the "at least" value cannot be higher than the "at most" value.
If targets are not available for your workspace yet, the page shows a short message in place of the form.
Common questions
I typed letters into a field and it saved without complaint. Anything that is not a number is treated as an empty field, so that target is removed. Check the field after saving.
I cleared a target and it came back after I reloaded. Targets are kept month by month. Clearing a field removes this month's value only, so a value last saved in an earlier month shows again. You can replace that value here, but you cannot remove it.
Does an agency blueprint overwrite my changes? A blueprint fills these in when the workspace is set up. After that, a plan that includes targets replaces them only once you approve it on Plans.
